Help & Getting Started
Everything you need to get your team running.
A practical guide, not a sales pitch — how to log in, how RushFix and SafiCRM actually work day-to-day, and where to go when something doesn't make sense.
01 — Logging in
Your account, in one place
- Go to cloudpov.com/login. This is the one place to sign in, whether your business uses RushFix, SafiCRM, or both.
- Enter your Organization, Email, and Password. "Organization" is the short name CloudPOV set up for your business when your account was created — the same one your team already has, not something you choose yourself.
- Pick your app. After signing in, you'll see a launcher with a card for each service your business has — RushFix, SafiCRM, or both. Click the one you want; you're taken there already signed in.
Forgot your password?
Go to your app's own login screen (rushfix.cloudpov.com or safi.cloudpov.com) and use "Forgot password" there — enter your email, you'll get a reset link, then choose a new password. This isn't available from the unified login page yet, only from the app itself.
02 — Using RushFix
Field service, from first message to closed job
- A customer messages your WhatsApp number. No app for them to download — they just text like they would any business.
- CloudPOV reads and structures the request automatically. You'll see it appear as a new ticket with the issue, likely cause, and a recommended action already filled in — nobody has to type it up by hand.
- Assign a technician. Do this from the Requests or Schedule page — pick whoever's actually available, not whoever answers the group chat first.
- The technician updates status from WhatsApp. On the way, arrived, done — it all flows back into the same ticket automatically.
- The job closes, the history stays. Every past job for every customer is searchable later — you never have to scroll back through old messages to remember what happened.

03 — Using SafiCRM
Field sales, from first message to tracked opportunity
- A prospect messages your WhatsApp number. Same channel your team already uses — no separate lead form for them to fill out.
- CloudPOV captures it as a structured opportunity. No rep has to stop and type up what was said — it's already there, qualified and ready to work.
- The right rep gets assigned by territory. Based on zone, city, or quartier — whatever matches how your market is actually organized, not a generic zip-code field.
- The rep updates the deal from WhatsApp. Progress gets logged through the same conversation, not a separate app the rep has to remember to open.
- Managers see the whole pipeline in one place. Every open opportunity, at every stage, without asking anyone for a status update.

04 — Common questions
Quick answers
Can my team use both RushFix and SafiCRM?
Yes — if your account has both enabled, you'll see a card for each on the launcher after you log in. It's the same account either way.
What if a message could be either a service request or a sales inquiry?
CloudPOV reads the content and routes it to the right side automatically. If it's genuinely unclear, it gets flagged for a quick manual look instead of guessing.
Do my customers need to install anything?
No. They message the same WhatsApp number they already would — there's nothing for them to download or sign up for.
Can I add more team members?
Yes — this is managed from inside your app once you're logged in. Reach out if you're not sure where, and we'll point you to it directly.
Still stuck? We'll help directly.
This is a new platform, hand-onboarded by a real person — not a self-serve product with a help widget in the corner. If something isn't working or doesn't make sense, just ask.
